(3) Instructions for use: To use this product, you only need to lay it evenly along the circumference of the mold cavity 30-50mm; the user can choose the appropriate diameter of the stick according to the size of the sand mold and the pouring weight.

(4) Package and storage: wrapped around a plastic shaft, 1Kg or 1.5Kg per piece, sealed in plastic bags, 16Kg per box; stored in a cool place indoors, storage period is 3 months.

2. Adhesive

(1) Performance characteristics: fast drying speed, high strength, low gas output, easy to use; suitable for bonding and repairing of resin sand, water glass sand, oil sand and other cores.

3. Sealing mud paste

(1) Performance characteristics: This product is a brown-red paste, made of a variety of composite materials, with good plasticity, easy to form, and good sealing, which can effectively prevent casting defects such as running fire and flash; improve the dimensional accuracy of castings, Easy to use, save working hours, suitable for all kinds of sand molds.

(2) How to use: extrude the sealing paste and apply it to the lower molding surface, just close the box.

4. Self-hardening sand release agent

(1) Performance characteristics: The appearance is silver-white suspension liquid, which has the advantages of fast volatilization and demoulding effect. It can be used continuously for 5-10 times in one spraying, which can effectively prevent the resin sand and water glass sand from sticking to the mold.

(2) Method of use: Shake the release agent before use, clean the surface of the model, apply the product to the surface of the model by spraying or brushing, and fill the sand after the coating surface is dry.

(3) Packaging and storage: The release agent is sealed in iron drums, 2.5Kg/drum, net weight 15Kg per carton. The product contains volatile and flammable organic solvents, pay attention to sealed storage, away from fire and heat sources, should be stored in a ventilated and cool place, the shelf life is 6 months.

5. Silicon carbide foam ceramic filter

Performance characteristics :

1. Slag filtering to reduce the harm of slag to castings. 2. Filter out bubbles in the metal liquid.3. Rectifying, reducing the secondary oxidation and suction of the molten metal, and improving the quality of castings.

Scope of application:;

Suitable for casting of ball milled cast iron, gray cast iron and copper alloy.

How to use: 1. Place it close to the casting cavity to reduce the chance of secondary oxidation. 2. The working area should be 4-6 times the choke section of the pouring system to ensure that the pouring speed is not affected. 3. Select the corresponding filter according to the type of casting alloy and pouring temperature, and it should not be used over temperature. 4. Choose the appropriate pore size, and really play a filtering effect. 5. Can not use the filter to control the pouring temperature.

Product packaging: 25kg woven bag or 1000kg ton bag.

6. Breathable rope Hollow rope woven from polypropylene fiber, placed in the sand mold, is conducive to the smooth discharge of the gas generated during the casting process and prevents blowholes in the casting.
